Only customers purchasing a New Exchange or Refurb Exchange item need to return a core assembly. These include Fusers, Input Units, Lasers, Output Assemblies, Power Supplies, and Boards.
After replacing the assembly, return the used part to the original packaging, place the included RMA sticker on the box and return to address shown.
Companies ordering parts on exchange must have an Advance Exchange Agreement on file.
Core not returned within 30 days will be subject to prevailing core rates.
