Order Policy
Orders may be placed by phone, fax or email Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm. If ordering via fax or email, please be sure to include all necessary information such as company name, contact name, contact number, shipping address details and part numbers. We can not be held responsible for orders not shipped due to missing information.
Customers may order parts from SkylineDirect via credit card or terms. Terms customers receive 30 day terms and will need to have a credit card on file with SkylineDirect to order parts.
If payment is not received within 45 days, we will automatically process the payment using the credit card on file at a 5% penalty.
Additionally, any customers ordering "Advance Exchange" items such as fusers, maintenance kits, lasers, boards, input/output assemblies, and power supplies must have an Advance Exchange Agreeement on file with SkylineDirect and return a complete identical core within 30 days to avoid core charge billing. Customers have an additional 10 days after which they will receive a core charge bill. If core is not received within 10 days, we will automatically process the payment using the credit card on file.
Customers returning cores should click the core return link on the printer parts page and enter the date and tracking information to avoid confusion.
There is a minimum order of $10.00. Orders smaller than $10.00 may be placed, however a small order fee of $2.95 will be applied.
