Core Charges

When you purchase a part from SkylineDirect, you usually have a choice of whether or not to purchase the part outright in which no core return is necessary, or on advance exchange meaning after receiving the part, the old part must be returned promptly to avoid additional charges.

It's not that we like to charge core charges for unreturned cores purchased on exchange - we have to. When we sell on advance exchange, our core department is counting on getting a core back to fill future orders. Who knows, the company that can't get one the next time could be yours!

Please return your core in a timely fashion so that all companies may benefit.
